There is much discussion about Modifications.  Many homeowners qualify for them.  Some don’t, our intention is to help you understand and give you accurate information, whether or not you can expect to have a modification accepted on your home.

Before you invest any money on a modification, give us a call.  You have nothing to lose and there is no cost for helping you determine what are your options.

But time is of the essence.  Once the foreclosure timeline start to run, you have to take some action.  If there is no communication with the lender they will hold a Trustee Sale.  The timeline below is an example of the typical Trustee sale.
